I’ve been “on Weight Watchers” for a few weeks now and have made a bit of progress, but now it’s time to really get my rear into gear (literally). This week’s meal plan is the family friendly Weight Watcher’s edition, because I simply refuse to cook myself a separate meal just because I’m trying to lose some weight. It’s a lifestyle and it’s got to fit within my family’s likes and dislikes.
Anyone in the same boat? I’d love to get some recipe ideas from you. Please feel free to share them with each other in the comments section. I could use some inspiration and motivation myself!
Monday – Hearty Turkey Chili (re-do because we missed a day eating at home last week)
Tuesday – Breakfast for Dinner: Asparagus, Bacon and Cheese Strata
Wednesday – Marinated Grilled Chicken (Lawry’s Garlic & Herb) with Mashed “Potatoes” With Chives, and Salad
Thursday – Cheesy Zucchini Enchiladas and/or Tostadas
Saturday – Eating out!
Sunday – Spicy Lentil and Sausage Soup
