Just want to share a frugal tip:
With meat being so costly, I’m downsizing the amount of meat used in my recipes. I use chopped Portabella Mushrooms, plus a little bit of meat. The mushrooms mimic the texture of meat within the recipe, so no one misses the huge portion of meat! Today’s Portabellas were huge, too! Saving on $ and on fat calories by using less meat, more mushroom. Any body else using less meat?
